Viola Ollie Robinson, 62, of Winston-Salem, died Monday, June 6, 2011, at her home. She was born in Forsyth County to the late William Lawton and Ollie Davis Noah and had ten brothers in law and four sisters in law. Mrs. Robinson attended the Upper Room Community Tabernacle in Kernersville.
Surviving family includes her husband of 40 years Claude Wayne Robinson, Winston-Salem; Aunt Anna Belle Bowman, Tobaccoville; several nieces and nephews including special niece and nephew Janice and Harry Wood.
A funeral service celebrating her life will be conducted on Friday, June 20, 2011, 11:00 AM at the Parklawn Memorial Gardens Mausoleum Chapel, 2730 Peters Creek Parkway (336-785-9482) with Rev. Harry Wood and Rev Pete Scott officiating. Family and friends will visit on Thurdsay, June 9, 2011 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at the Vogler Funeral Home Reynolda Chapel, a Dignity Memorial Provider, 2951 Reynolda Road (336-722-6105).
