Mrs. Sarah Judith Poindexter Long

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her brothers, Jesse L. Poindexter, Gordon Scott Poindexter, and brother-in-law Floyd W. Miller.

She is survived by her husband of 59 years, Kenneth James Long. Daughters, Deborah L. Prim (Billy D.) and Veronica L. Filipowski both of Winston Salem.

Grandchildren, Anthony Westmoreland, Sarcanda Bellissimo, Tripp Meadows, and Alexandria Filipowski.

Great Grandchildren, Xander Bellissimo, Jager Bellissimo, Colton Meadows and Brayden Meadows. Sister, Marian Miller, and sister-in-laws,

Betty Poindexter and Janet Poindexter. Nephew Gregory Miller and wife Karen Miller, and a special friend of the family Ronnie Westmoreland.

Judy loved life and to be surrounded by family and friends. She will be remembered for her love of fashion and style, her picture and scrap book collections,

and her preparation of family meals.

She was employed at PH Hanes Knitting, RJ Reynolds Engineering Dept., and later Hugh Pfaff Poultry Company. She was a member of Union Hill Methodist

Church In East Bend N.C. A funeral service celebrating her life will be at Vogler & Sons Chapel on Reynolda Rd. on Tuesday July 19th at 11:00 AM.

The family will receive guests immediately after the service. Burial will follow at Union Hill Methodist Church East Bend NC.
