Rebecca Jane Robertson

Rebecca was born on October 31, 1922 in Clinton County, Indiana, a daughter to the late Chalmer Ogle Miller and the late Helen Lois Ball. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband and the father of her children, Victor Odell Good, her second husband, George Glen Robertson, a son, Larry Lee Good, and five siblings, Mary Helen Rowan, Virginia Alice George, Janet Miller Robison, William Chalmer Miller, Sara Carol Grove, and two great grandchildren, Claudia Kay and Emily Jean Good.

Rebecca is a member of Lake Osborne Presbyterian Church, West Palm Beach, FL. Her love of music evolves from her early days as a member of the Freddie Shaffer's All Girls' Band, Clinton County's version of the Beatles.

Rebecca was a loving person and devoted Christian who dedicated her life to caring for others. She has left her legacy of love, kindness, family importance, and belief in God to her loving family who realize how fortunate they are to have been touched in so many positive ways by their wonderful mother, grandmother, and great grandmother.

Rebecca is survived by her daughter, Phyllis Good Spray and husband, Gregory of Winston-Salem; her daughter-in-law, Connie Kay Good; five grandchildren, Brian Odell Good and wife, Mary Elizabeth, Jason William Good and wife, Terri Lindsay, Stephanie Good Withers and husband, Douglas Edward, Kelly Spray Shook and husband, Michael Lee, Beth Spray Peele and husband, Jonathan Eric; eight great grandchildren, Zoe Catherine Good, Hayden Lois Withers, Kaylie Grace Withers, Carter Joseph Good, Henley Blair Good, Preston Montgomery Good, Bronson Lawrence Withers, and Elizabeth Jane Shook; and a sister-in-law, Julia Miller.

A memorial service will be held Monday, December 29th at 1 p.m. in the chapel of Frank Vogler and Sons in Clemmons, 2849 Middlebrook Drive, Clemmons, NC, with Pastor Rick Merando officiating. The family will receive friends following the service at the funeral home.
