Patricia Beatrice Royall

Pat was born in Wilkes County on August 19, 1944, to Sylvester and Myrtle Hutchison. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother John Allen Hutchison. Pat is survived by her husband of 61 years, Harold Royall, two daughters Mary Hunnicutt (Joel) and Amanda Allen (Josh), grandsons Tristan Allen (Grace Willingham), James Harner III (Payton), and Daniel Allen. She is also survived by siblings Walter Hutchison (Wanda), Judy Swaim (Larry), and Barry Hutchison, as well as a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.

Pat was a faithful member of Robinhood Road Baptist Church for over 25 years. She loved her family, especially her grandkids who she often bragged about. Pat always had a smile on her face and a spirit of joy, despite multiple health issues. She worked a variety of jobs over the years including Hanes Hosiery, multiple dry cleaners, and Kaplan Early Learning Company. Pat had a green thumb and loved working in her garden and tending to her many flowers. She made friends wherever she went and loved telling people about the Lord.

Visitation will be on Saturday, October 5, 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Robinhood Road Baptist Church, Winston-Salem. The funeral service will be held Saturday, October 5, 2024 at 12:00 PM, Winston Salem. Interment to follow will at Liberty Knob Baptist Church Cemetery, Roaring Gap, NC.
