Mary Frances Sexton Roberts

Mrs. Mary Frances Sexton Roberts, 78, born September 17, 1936 in Galax, VA passed away the morning of Sunday, December 28th, 2014 at Kate B. Reynolds. She leaves to cherish her memory her three children: Debrah Roberts, Linda Roberts and Greg Roberts; grandchildren Shannon Perkins and Haili Roberts and a great-grandchild Taylor Keen. Affectionally known as “Mimi” to her family she was a devout Christian woman. She loved her family as well as her “church family”. Mary attended and was a member of Robinhood Road Baptist Church. She was a hard worker retiring as assistant manager from the Triad Municipal Board after 30 years. Mary loved the outdoors, especially tending to the beautiful array of plants and flowers that adorned the yard of her Yadkinville Road home. Those who knew and loved her admired her kindness and eagerness to always lend a helping hand. She was a truly amazing woman who will definitely we missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing her. Heaven has welcomed a new angel on this day. We love you.

There will be a funeral service held Saturday, January 3, 2015 at Frank Vogler & Sons Reynolda Chapel at 2 p.m. Visitation will be on January 3, 2015 from 12:30 – 2 PM prior to the service. Burial will be at Forsyth Memorial Park.
