Frances was born on May 31, 1944 in Forsyth County to the late Ernest Edward and Maude Powell Bean.
She was a member of Vernon Forest Baptist Church. Frances worked for Western Electric for over 10 years before leaving to focus on being a homemaker. She loved crafting and gardening, but most of all Frances loved her family. Her grandchildren were her pride and joy. She spent every moment she could with them.
In addition to her parents, Frances was preceded in death by her beloved husband, David "Wayne" Gordon; great grandson, Elijah Wyatt; and brothers, Jerry Bean and Sonny Bean.
She is survived by sons, Bobby Sealey (Shannon) and Donald Sealey (Christine); grandchildren, Ginger Bennett (Bernie), Dana Sealey, Brittany Smith (Zach), Bobby Ray Sealey, Jr. (Meghan), and Sarah Salmerón (Kevin); great-grandchildren, Tyler Wyatt, Liam French, Eva French, Asa French, Walker Smith, Barrett Smith, Ellie Grace Sealey, and Ada Mae Sealey; and many other loved ones.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, March 22nd at 2pm at Vogler Funeral & Cremations at Forsyth Memorial Park. The family will receive friends for a visitation prior to the service at 1pm. Frances will be laid to rest with Wayne at Forsyth Memorial Park.
