Carolyn "Cay" Ford Booth

A Memorial Service will be held at 1:00 PM Monday December 19, 2022 at Forsyth Memorial Park in the mausoleum chapel at 3771 Yadkinville Rd. Winston-Salem, NC. The service will be officiated by Pastor John E. Hackworth Jr. The family will receive friends 30 minutes prior to the service.

Cay graduated from Kenton High School and attended Bowling Green State University in Bowling Green, Ohio. She retired from BellSouth Telephone Company after 32 years as a service representative in both business and residence departments and repair service.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her brother Charles C. Ford , her husband Dennis “Dink” Booth.

Survivors are her care takers David & Debra Booth, a nephew Jeffery Ford, Nieces Julie Steele Walls and Vanessa E Talieri , Mother-in-law Betty Booth, and Brother-in-laws Jeffery Booth and Edward Booth.

A special thank you to Forsyth Court (Holiday Retirement), Village Care of King and Mountain Valley Hospice for all the care and love you gave to Cay.
