Beth Ann Poulos

Beth Ann Poulos, of Winston-Salem, NC, ascended into the ether on October 25, 2022, at the age of 62. She was born on January 5, 1960, in Prospect Park, PA. Beth was the third of three children born to Anna Margaret Williams and Charles Elwood Williams. The family relocated to Winston-Salem, NC in 1972.

Beth worked in the food service industry for many years and most enjoyed her time at the Muddy Creek Café and Music Hall. She will be remembered for her generous, sunny spirit and her love of animals (dogs, cats, and the occasional guinea pig). We will miss her smile and her laughter.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Anna, and father, Charles, and her aunt Miriam Carter. She leaves behind to cherish her memory her beloved husband, Johnny Poulos, brother Charles Terry Williams (Becca), and sister Cindy Williams Shull, nieces Tara Love and Ashley Crosley (Kyle), grand-nephew Charles Thelonious Love, uncle Earl Williams (Carol), cousins Eric Williams and Kimberly Fulk (Rod), step-cousins Scott Williams (Maria) and Tammy Williams (Maryan), and many other family members and friends.

The family will make arrangements for a memorial service at a later date. Donations in memory of Beth can be made to Forsyth Humane Society.
