Dr. Antonia, as she was often referred, passed away November 18, 2021. She was born March 21, 1942 in Catamarca, Argentina. Dr. Antonia was among the first female physicians in Winston Salem in the early 1970’s. She worked tirelessly and was fiercely committed to her patients. She was an avid reader of both medical journals and medical history. Dr. Antonia was well known for her vivacious spirit. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by the love her life, Dr. Hugo Tettamanti. She is survived by her 3 sons.
A private Celebration of Life will be held by the Family.
