It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Wendy with her family by her side on February 11th, 2012 at 61 years of age at Concordia Hospital.
She will be lovingly remembered by her children Lisa MacDonald (Mac), Tracy Zwarych (George), Dustin Hoffman (Amber), grandchildren, Lonnie Hoffman, Alex Zwarych, Dylan Hoffman, brothers and sisters, Doreen, Barry, Linda, Brian, Sheila, Carol, Donna, Leonard and their families, many cherished nieces and nephews, inlaws and their families.
Predeceased by, her parents Dora and Thomas King, Iris, Rose, Jerry, Elaine, Joan and Steven.
Appreciating acknowledgements go to Concordia Hospital Oncology Team and Palliative Care staff.
A celebration of Wendy Hoffman’s life will be held on Thursday, February 16, 2012 at 2:00 pm at Thomson “In the Park” Funeral Home.
