It is with heavy hearts the family suffers the sudden passing of Sharnjit Kaur Brar. Surrounded by love, she passed peacefully on December 31, 2019, at 59 years of age under the care of St. Boniface Hospital doctors and nurses.
Lovingly remembered and survived by her husband Gurbhajnik Singh Brar; son Shivjit Brar; granddaughter Kaya; daughter Avjeet Brar; sister Kamaljit Kaur Maan (Raj): along with many other loving sisters, brothers, nieces and nephews.
Sharnjit moved to Canada in 1981 and devoted herself to raising her family. Her direct honesty and pointed sense of humour will be truly missed by those who loved and cared for her.
A Funeral Ceremony will be held on Sunday, January 5, 2019 at 10:00 am at Thomson “In the Park” Funeral Home, 1291 McGillivray Boulevard.
A Temple Service will follow at 4:00 pm at the Sikh Society of Manitoba, 1244 Mollard Road.
