Norma Ramos Hernandez, 87, of Winnipeg, Manitoba passed away peacefully on March 23, 2024 surrounded by family and loved ones. Norma grew up in Paranaque then moved to Winnipeg, a town they loved and never left. Norma will be dearly missed and always remembered.
Norma was predeceased by her parents Pelagia and Sergio Hernandez and her brothers Marcial and Ricardo Hernandez. Norma is survived by Teresita Hernandez Mirasol (sister in Alaska), Jessie Hernandez (brother in Toronto), daughter Marites Repuya and son Roberto Hernandez. She is also survived by her grandchildren Rolando Repuya Jr, Monica Repuya, Rochelle Hernandez and Arjel Hernandez along with great grandchildren Mario Zamora and Adonis Hernandez.
Norma requested a Celebration of Life be held in her honor as opposed to traditional Funeral Services. We request all of Norma’s loved ones to join us in celebrating her beautiful life at Thomson “In the Park” Funeral Home and Cemetery on April 12 & 13. There will be a Lamay held on April 12 from 6:00pm to 12:00am.
Mass and burial will be held on the April 13 from 10:00am to 11:30am. A reception will follow shortly after from 11:30am to 12:30pm.
