Melvin David William Watkins

He is survived by his four sons and their families, Doug (Lise), Ken(Dianne), Rick(Joan), Larry(Debby), 8 Grandchildren and 3 Great Grandchildren. He was pre-deceased by his wife Catherine, his daughter Debby-Jean, his twin brother Ivan, his sister Joyce and his parents Warren & Mabel.

Melvin was born in Oak Bluff, Mb in 1926 and attended school there. He moved to Winnipeg in 1943 and worked as a sheet metal foreman until he retired at the age of 65.

Funeral service will be held at 11:00 am on Friday April 5, 2019 at the Fort Garry Legion, 1125 Pembina Hwy. Lunch will be served.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
