On Sunday, May 7, 2017, at South Health Campus in Calgary AB, Mary Siemens, aged 87 years, passed away peacefully with her children at her side. Mary was one of 9 children born to John & Nettie Penner.
She was born in Plum Coulee, March 30, 1930, grew up in Kane, and then moved to Winnipeg.
She leaves to mourn her passing two sons Gary and Ken; daughter Sheila & Bob Zacharias, 6 grandchildren David & Brittany Siemens, Michael Siemens, Aaron Zacharias, Adam & Courtney Zacharias (great granddaughter Scarlett), Rachel Zacharias and Hannah Zacharias.
As well she will be lovingly remembered by her sisters Anne and Alice, brothers John, Pete and James, brother-in-law Elmer (Laura), sister-in-law Margaret, and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
Mary was predeceased by her beloved husband Tony (1923-2010) and son Brad (1964-2011).
