Mrs. Helen Funk

Those she leaves behind to cherish her memory are her sons Richard (wife Claire) and Stanley; granddaughters Colleen (husband Jeff Bell), Angela (husband Duane Zelinsky), and Amy Funk; great grandsons Nicholas and Wesley Zelinsky, as well as many nieces and nephews.

Helen was predeceased by her husband Deidrich in 1980, as well as brothers: Cornelius, Peter and Abraham Falk, sisters: Ann, Kay, Joan, Mary, Dorie, Agatha and Elsie, as well as two sisters who died in infancy. Helen’s passing brings to a close an era of the Falk Family.

The family would like to give a special thank you to the staff of Bethania Personal Care Home for their kindness and compassion to Helen while in their care.

In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Helen may be made to the Callsbeck Fellowship Chapel, 1445 Callsbeck Ave., Winnipeg.

Funeral Services were held at 10:00 a.m., Friday, October 15, 2010 at Klassen Funeral Home. Reception followed. Interment took place at Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens.
