Ms. Gail Janis Komadoski

Gail was predeceased by her parents George and Sybil (nee Houston) Komadoski. She is survived by her husband Kevin Howarth , brother Neil (Lauren) Komadoski, nephew Kevin ( Jeri- Lynn ) Graham , niece Kelly Komadoski and nephew Neil ( Annie) Komadoski as well as great nieces and nephews Abrianna, Benjamin, George, Patrick , Leo , Kathleen and her beautiful pups Ritz, Libby and Bazinga. Gail cherished her time at the cabin at Block 7, Lot 5 on Big Whiteshell Lake where she spent many happy times with the family.

She loved going to all the field trials with her husband Kevin along with their family of Labradors and was a proud member of the Manitoba Gun Dog Association serving in various roles over the years. Their annual trips to Eufala were a special time as they were able to stop in St. Louis for a family visit. East Kildonan was where Gail grew up but Anola, Manitoba was her home. She and Kevin hosted many field trials where she competed with her beloved dogs and judged many events while cooking plenty of food for the entire crew.

Gail was blessed with many friends but none more special than Tracy Reynolds, Karen Ritchie, Kim Crichton and Kris Hastie who, along with her nephew Kevin were by her side through this very difficult time.

We would like to thank the doctors, nurses and caregivers at the Palliative Care Unit of the Selkirk Regional Health Center, for their constant and compassionate care of our beloved Gail.
