Passed away peacefully on May 15, 2015 at the age of 94. Reunited with his loving wife Ida (1984). Dear father of Randy (Kerry), Anita Langlois (Earl), Dennis (Carol) and Keith (Glenda). Papa will be missed by his 6 grandchildren and his 7 great-grandchildren. Special uncle to Trudy DiCarlo and husband Rick. Always remembered by sister-in-law and brother-in-law Marjorie and Bruno Polegato, as well as many nieces, nephews and friends. Predeceased by brothers Ernest, Reginald and “younger” sister Ella. Ray was a butcher for over 50 years at Ford Provision and Seminole Provision. Family and friends may gather for visitation at the Walter D. Kelly Life Celebration Centre (519-252-5711) on Monday, May 18th, 2015 from 7-9pm and for 1 hour prior to the funeral service on Tuesday, May 19th, 2015 at 10am in the chapel of the funeral home. Following the service Raymond will be laid to rest at the Heavenly Rest Cemetery with Cannon Lance Smith officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Hospice of Windsor and Essex County would be greatly appreciated by the family.
