Marguerite Shaw

Passed away peacefully on Monday, June 23, 2014 at the age of 88. Predeceased by her loving husband James Shaw (1989). Loving mother of Anne Sinclair (the late John) of Kanata, Patricia Johnson (Greg) of Georgetown, and Jim Shaw of Toronto. Grandmother of Carole (Andrew), Michael (Michelle), Courtney, and Tucker. Dear sister of the late Edith, the late Bill, Hilda and Dave. Marguerite was a longtime member of St. James Anglican Church. A special thank you goes to the staff of Christie Gardens Nursing Home in Toronto for their kindness and compassion. Visitation will be held at Walter D. Kelly Life Celebration Centre (1969 Wyandotte St. E., Windsor 519-252-5711) on Wednesday, June 25, 2014 from 7-9 pm. A celebration of Marguerite's life will take place on Thursday, June 26, 2014 at 10:30 am in the funeral home chapel. Interment to follow at Victoria Memorial Gardens. Donations in memory of Marguerite may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
