Sadly missed, Frank died on October 14, 2024 at the age of 78. Predeceased by his nephew Clifford Olbey (2009), his brothers Charles Palmer (2010) and John Robert Palmer (2020), and his sister Frances Finley (2024). Survived by his sister Pearl Palmer, brother-in-law Robert Finley, many nieces and nephews, two great-nephews, and countless cousins and friends. Arrangements entrusted to Anderson Funeral Home, 895 Ouellette Ave., Windsor, 519-254-3223. Cremation has taken place, with interment at Windsor Memorial Gardens.
