90 years. Passed away peacefully on Saturday, April 30, 2011 at Banwell Gardens. Beloved wife of the late Arthur Ransom (1972). Dear mother of Mr. & Mrs. Arsene Cartier, the late Gerald "Jake" Cartier (2010) & his wife Dorothy, Clifford Cartier & his wife Doreen of Windsor, Leo Cartier & his wife Florence of Chatham, Sandy Menard & her husband Joe of Windsor, Sharon Hinckley & her husband Vincent of LaSalle, the late Victoria Pilon (2005)Irene Martin & her husband Gerald of Chatham. Florence will be dearly missed by her many, many grandchildren & great grandchildren as well as several brothers and sisters, nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held at the Anderson Funeral Home & Cremation Centre, 895 Ouellette Ave. (519) 254-3223 on Monday from 7-9 p.m. and Tuesday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. with Parish Prayers Tuesday evening at 7:30 p.m. Family and friends are asked to gather at Most Precious Blood Catholic Church, 1947 Meldrum Rd. on Wednesday, May 5, 2011 form 10:00 a.m. until the Funeral Mass at 10:30 a.m. Interment to follow at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens.
