Fay Elizabeth Jane Kerr

God sent his angels to earth on Saturday, August 21, 2010 to carry Fay to meet her Lord. Dearest wife of the late Robert Kerr (1993). Cherished mother of Dale & wife Anne, Floydilou & husband Michael & the late Robert Jr. (1949). Loving grandmother of Jonathon. Dear sister of Vera, Cathy, Joyce, Shirley, Rosalie and Walter. Fay will be missed by many brothers & sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her brothers Charles, Ernest, Bill, Dennis and her sisters Della, Mary-Ellen and May. Fay was a very gifted poet and professional musician, playing piano, accordion and violin as well as singing and dancing. She taught Sunday School and performed in several plays. Over her life, she was a beauty pageant contestant, winning 3 pageants. For many years, she taught the dance arts, including ballet, tap, jazz, acrobatic and ballroom. She was very proud of her several diplomas from Canada and the U.S.A.- Dance Master of Michigan, Dance Master of America, Ontario Dance Educators, an "Honors Certificate" from New York City and 4 other certificates. Fay's greatest joy in life was teaching others. She loved her students very much and never forgot any of them. In keeping with Fay's wishes, no visitation or services were held. Fay's Cremated Remains were interred by her family with her beloved Robert at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens.
