Passed away peacefully on Saturday, March 11, 2017 at Erie Shores Hospice (Leamington), one week after her 89th birthday on March 3rd. Predeceased by her husband Robert (1997). Doreen was born and raised in Windsor where she enjoyed lifelong friendships with her large "gang" who remained connected through many decades. She treasured the years spent living with her husband by the lake in Kingsville. Doreen worked in photography in Windsor and Detroit, as well as real estate in Kingsville. She volunteered with the Cancer Society, the Art Gallery of Windsor and was a member of All Saints Anglican Church in Windsor. A Memorial Service will be held at All Saints Anglican Church (City Hall Square) on Friday, March 17, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. Special thanks to the staff at Erie Shores Hospice for their outstanding care and compassion.
