Donald David Gault

Donald David Gault, born in Windsor, July 15, 1937, died peacefully July 17, 2016 surrounded by his loved ones. Loved deeply by Loretta Mills for 35 years, predeceased by his canine friends Morgan and Russell, his siblings Ethel (2000), Richard (1987), Judy (1994) and former wife, Agnes (2009). Loved Father of Kelly and Lauren Gault, Colleen and Graham Cowan, Don and Tiffany Gault, Greg and Barbara Gault (Saskatoon), Cathy and Blake Moran (Frankford), Virginia and Brian Garvey, Liz and George Duncan and the late Bill Lamothe (2009). Loving Grandfather to Mitchell, Jasmin, Jeff (Shannon), Justin, Melissa (Eric), Nick (Julia), Jackie (Andrew), Collin, Sean (Katie), Travis (Amanda), the late Michael (1995), Constance (Alex), Roan, Clinton, Katina, Alex (Katie), Christina (Mike), Jake, Samantha (Jordan), Lauren, Garrett (Amber-Dawn), Brandon. Great Grandfather of Emersyn, September baby2b, Rya, Carter, Owen, Brooke, Sophia, Seth, Benjamin, Sophia, Ava, Lydia, Norah, Marly, Evan, Rhys, Emmett, Iris, Ava, Georgie. Brother-in-law, Uncle and friend to many. Don loved to garden and created beautiful landscapes wherever he lived. He had a unique sense of cherished treasures and collectibles which were masterfully displayed around his home. Don most enjoyed time with Loret and their beloved four-legged friends, Morgan and Russell or visiting shops to find the next cherished model tractor, or plane, or car. He was a member of the Canadian Air Force and retired employee of Canada Post. According to Don’s directive, there will be no funeral or visitation and a family memorial will be planned at a later date. In memory, of Don, donations can be made in his name to the Essex Humane Society or a charity of your choice.
