Survivors include his wife, Mary Inez Dills; children, William (Becky) Dills, Kim (Butch) Henderson; brothers, Joseph (Sue) Dills, David (Louetta) Dills, Douglas Dills; eight grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews also survive.
Mr. Dills was a veteran of the United States Army. he enjoyed woodworking, and tinkering with small engines. He loved family gatherings, a good dessert, camping, and the outdoors.
The family will be receiving friends on Friday, August 24, 2018 from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. followed by a entombment side service in the mausoleum of Barrow Memorial Gardens.
Smith Funeral Home, Winder, is entrusted with the arrangements.
