Sue E. Marks

Sue E. Marks, age 74 of Dacula, passed away Monday, October 1, 2018. She was a Presbyterian and attended The Winder First Presbyterian Church. Sue loved people and to have fun, she volunteered with Meals on Wheels, she loved traveling with her husband of 31 years in their RV, crafts and was an avid card player among many other games. She was preceded in death by her parents, Lester Charles and Melva Kempiners Meyers; a son, Christopher Scott Peppers and a brother, Tom Meyers. She is survived by her husband, Armand Marks of Dacula; her daughter, Jennifer Ann Ackerman (Christopher) of Washington DC; a step-daughter, Linda Robbins (Jerry) of Lawrenceburg, TN; her sister, Sally Cole of Charlotte, NC and a granddaughter, Audrey Noelle Ackerman of Washington DC. A Celebration of Life service will be held Friday, October 5, 2018 at 2PM at The Winder First Presbyterian Church with Rev. Brock Burnette officiating. The family will receive friends from 4PM until 7PM Thursday, October 4, 2018 at Smith Funeral Home, Winder, GA.
