Laura Nora Romero-Bernal

Laura was a very hardworking lady. She will be best remembered by her family as a great mother, exceptional daughter, and the best sister. She was a very friendly person and a caring character.

Laura is preceded in death by her father, Zacarias Romero-Aponte.

Laura is survived by her mother, Guadalupe Bernal Betancourt; sons, Juan Carlos Cabrera-Romero and Jesus Francisco Romero; daughter, Mary Kate Moyao-Romero; and sisters, Erendira and Araceli Romero.

A funeral mass will be held on Friday, June 18, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. at St. Matthews Catholic Church with Father Gilbert Exume officiating. The family will be receiving friends on Friday from 11:00 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. prior to the service at Smith Funeral Home.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, June 19, 2021 at 4:00 p.m. at Barrow Memorial Gardens. The family will be receiving friends on Saturday from 12:00 p.m. until 3:45 p.m. prior the graveside service at Smith Funeral Home.
