Lance Monroe Cole, age 24 of Statham passed away Tuesday November 19, 2013. He was a 2008 Graduate of Appalachee High School and he worked for Home Depot. He was an avid sports fan. He is survived by his father, Dickie Cole (Vanessa Ansley), Winder. His mother, Sharon Smith, Statham. His grandmother, Louise Smith, Winder. A brother, Christopher Atkison, Statham. Five sisters, Ashley Greenway, Winder, April Williams, Winder, Jameela Smith, Norcross, Andrea Cole, Winder and Takoria Morton, Winder. A step-sister, Ashley Ansley, Winder . Several nieces and nephews survive including Emarion Johnson and Nahla Williams. Visitation will be held Friday November 22, 2013 from 6 until 9 PM at Smith Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be 2 PM Saturday November 23, 2013 In the chapel of Smith Funeral Home with the Rev. Alfred Hazel officiating.
