Jonathan Edward Wahl, age 51, of Statham, GA, entered into rest on October 3, 2023. He was born in Bakersfield, CA on June 22,1972. He earned an Associate Degree from Arizona State and was a Project Manager for Stratosphere Quality Control.
The legacy of Jonathan is one of all encompassing kindness, good humor, love, compassion and duty. His Stratosphere co-workers respected and admired him. He was a hard-working, dedicated yet courteous, and empowering team builder, and, a master of the use of anecdotes. His family meant love to him and he rejoiced in their accomplishments and found joy in time spent together. Sci-Fi, Westerns, John Wayne and Clint Eastwood movies, fishing, NASCAR races, turning a wrench and little people filled his away from work, relaxing time. He served as a Boy Scout Troop Leader from 2009 – 2013 and was a Scout Master while serving on the Boy Scout committee that chose recreational travel destinations. Everyone he met felt better after spending just a bit of time around him. He was a truly good, humble man.

He is survived by his Mom, Melissa Graeff Mason, and Angela Wise; Sons: Noah (Casey) Wahl and James (Betty) McLelland; Brothers, Noah (Lindsay) Whitaker, Preston (Amy) Wahl, Nick Patrick; and Sisters, August (Will) Hawthorne, Michele Lancaster (Rick) Watkin, and Jaclyn Ramirez; Grandchildren: Grayson Wahl, Axel Wise, James McLelland, Jr., Rebecca and Jericha McLelland, Christopher Ischy, Medina and Lejla Balic, Harlynn Wise and Jaden King; Great Grandchildren: Bailey, Philip, Aubrey and Trey Ischy; 2 Aunts, 3 Uncles and 14 Nieces and Nephews. He was preceded in death by his Dad, Gregory Lynn Wahl.
