Janice Tucker Cronic

Janice Tucker Cronic, 74 of Winder, passed away Wednesday, September 25, 2024. She was a native of Albany, a graduate of Albany High School and lived most of her life as a resident of Statham, GA. Janice was a member of Statham Methodist Church and served on their administrative council, she was also a proud member of The Statham Lions Club. Janice loved plants and enjoyed selling and sharing them with her friends and family. She enjoyed working outside, cutting grass, crafting and she was an avid reader.

Janice was preceded in death by her father, James O. Tucker and a brother, Joel Jay Tucker. She was survived by her loving husband, Tony Cronic of Statham; her mother, Willene Barber of N. Charleston; three daughters: Robin Guffin (Ronald) of Winder, Tiffany Davis (Zachary) of Jonesboro, and Amanda Cronic (Derrick Hardy) of Statham; two sisters: Joan King (Larry) of Statham and Janelle Tucker (Dane Davis) of N. Charleston; and four grandchildren: Chris Guffin, Kaci Guffin, Emily Cronic and Cameron Autrey.

A celebration of Janice’s life will be held at 2PM Saturday, September 28, 2024 at Statham Methodist Church.
