A native of West Point, Georgia, Mrs. Rubadou is preceded in death by her parents, James E. and Marian Powell Baker.
Mrs. Rubadou was a graduate of North Georgia College and State University with a Bachelor of Science and Masters degree in Education. She continued her education at West Georgia College where she attainted her specialist degree in Early Childhood Education. Mrs. Rubadou was also a member of Pentecost United Methodist Church.
Mrs. Rubadou is survived by her loving husband of 42 years, Mr. Frank E. Rubadou of Winder; son, Richard Troy Westmoreland of Cumming; daughter, Cheryl Deana Sharpnack of Clarksville; brother, James D. Baker of Ft. Lauderdale; sisters, Kay Rogers of Carrollton and Diann Burgess of Advance, NC; 4 grandchildren, Whitney and Billy Crance, Travis and Justin Westmoreland, and 6 great grandchildren also survive.
The Funeral Service will be held on Friday, November 24, 2017 at 2:00 PM in the Smith Memory Chapel with Revs. Jennifer Carey and Lisa Cain officiating. Burial will follow the service at Pentecost United Methodist Church Cemetery. The family will be receiving friends on Friday, from 12:00 PM until the service hour at the funeral home.
