James Donald Hulsey

Mr. Hulsey served the United States faithfully in the Army. He was a member of Macedonia Baptist Church in Braselton. Mr. Hulsey was an avid sports enthusiast; he loved all sports including basketball, golf, football, and baseball to name a few.

Mr. Hulsey is preceded in death by his parents; Addie Lee Hulsey and Erminee Berryman Hulsey; brother, A.L. Hulsey Jr, and Baxter Joe Hulsey (Lee Greene); and sister Loretta Hulsey Richardson (Delain).

Mr. Hulsey is survived by his son, Mike (Maria) Hulsey of Winder; sister, Nancy Hulsey Brock (Dennis); sister-in-law, Jurelle Hulsey; grandchildren, Kimberly, Jennifer, and Christopher Hulsey, and Jake and Jody Royal; and five great-grandchildren, Cooper, Charlie, Katie Jane, Harper, and Porter.

A graveside service will be held on Sunday, September 20, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. at Barrow Memorial Gardens in Winder with Pastor Gene Head officiating. The family will be receiving friends on Sunday following the graveside service.

The family respectfully request that in lieu of flowers, donations be made in memory of Mr. Hulsey to a charity of your choice.
