Mr. Horace Richard Blalock, age 99, of Lilburn passed away on December 6, 2012. Mr. Blalock was a self-employed lithographer. Mr. Blalock was a Staff Sargent in the Marines 4th Division during WWII where he served in the Pacific Theater. He was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas M. Blalock and Rosa Stone Blalock. His survived by his wife of 75 years, Allie Blalock of Lilburn: son & daughter in law, Randy &Cindy Blalock of Winder: grandchildren, Brian Blalock of Suwanee and Jessica Howe of Dacula; great grandchildren, Brendan & Patrick Howe. Graveside service will be 11:00 Am Saturday, December 8, 2012 at Westview Cemetery, 1680 Westview Dr. SW, Atlanta, GA. 30310.
