My sincere condolences for the family my prayers are with you.

Uncle George used to wake me up early to go out with Uncle James to fix fence.  I was the post hole digger, and always got poison ivy.  He would always have two shirts and a cup of coffee.  It was freezing and it did not seem to bother him.  His hands were huge, like his heart.  
Sitting at Grand Mothers, he would grab my neck muscle and nearly make me cry.  His hands were so strong it was crazy.
When I was younger, he would pick me up by my ears.  Funny how he would always wait till I grabbed his arms before he started to pick up.
When I was very little, he was working on a job with Grand Pa and gave me a 2x4 to sand.  I rounded it off and handed it back to him.  He smiled and did not let me mess any more of the hand cut wood up.  They did not have electric power tools back then.
Every thanksgiving he would have a tree or two cut down.  We would haul it to Grand Mothers, then I would spend the time splitting wood.  I really loved it.  Funny how a splitting maul showed up after I went into the navy.
I was able to help him roof the front side of Grand Mother's house
George had a warm smile and was always kind to me.  He took care of everyone, worked hard, and tried to do the right thing.  It is difficult to think of him as being gone.  I loved him and will miss him.  I hurt for Aunt Janice, Mary, Pam and Josh.  He was a good man.  He left his mark in all the buildings he built and through all his wonderful children, grand children, and the things he taught them all.

To a dear friend. May ur dad rest in peace now. My heart is with u Josh. So sorry to hear.

I met George through Josh and Jolene, Jolene is my daughter. George was one of the strongest men that I have ever met, even though he scared me a few times with some of his jokes lol. George I Thank You from the bottom of my heart for the things you did for our combined family. I always loved coming to family  gatherings  at the Kinney home, and watching the way you interacted with your family and the love that you had for them all. You are no longer suffering with the evil cancer. RIP my friend, Sending My Love and Prayers to the Family. George please give my momma a big hug for me.

We love you daddy. It's snowing just for you

There are no words to explain my love for you. You were like my father, treated me like your granddaughter, and I was blessed to call you my father in law. You were the hardest working man I will ever know. The hardest person to buy a gift for, such a strong man trying to take care of and keep everyone in line. I know we will meet again but in the mean time enjoy not being sick anymore, hunting and fishing. Tell Granny, daddy, and uncle James I love them. I love you and you will never be forgotten. Watch over us, and your namesake Ethan. We will teach him to carry your name on proudly. Love always

George Kinney was a great man.Very hard headed lol,hard working,kind and took care of his family no matter what.You will be miss and never forgotten.Love u old man.

George was a very good man. I had the pleasure I've known him as family and as a boss man. Im going to miss him. We had a lot of fun going to the beach's over the years and I thank you for that george. You also help my grandmother by building a room on to a house. The kinney family is in my prayers. We met George many years ago and we fell in love with him and his family. We have not seen him lately but he always  held a special place in our heart.He had this great smile on his face that could make you smile back! I called him George of the jungle because he would do and say crazy things. We will miss you. Love alway Gary and Faye Turnbull

It was my pleasure knowing Mr. Kinney.  I met him through my work. He always walked in the store with his coffee cup and helped himself to coffee. Also he did a great job on building my front porch.  will miss his smiling face at the store.
