Smith Funeral Home announces the death of Charles "Frank" Wooten Jr, age 59 of Winder, who passed away August 4, 2012. He was of the Christian faith. He was preceded in death by his Mother Lula Hagamaker Wooten and his sister Sandra Wooten. He is survived by a daughter Patrelle Clifton, Winder, GA. His Father, Charlie Wooten SR, Chattanooga, TN. A brother, David Wooten, Chattanooga, TN. A Sister Angie Collins, Chattanooga TN. A memorial service will be held Wednesday August 8, 2012 in the Chapel of Smith Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 12 until 2PM the day of the service.
