Carmen A. Hall, age 92, passed away on January 15, 2023. A native of Barrow County, Carmen was the daughter of the late Glen and Bethel Jones Pentecost. Carmen was the widow of the late B.D. Hall, Jr.
The family will receive friends at Smith Funeral Home Friday evening, January 20th, from 6:00 until 8:00 pm. Graveside services will be held at 2:00pm, Saturday January 21, 2023 at Pentecost UMC Cemetery. Jennifer Carey will officiate. A reception at the church will follow. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Cancer Foundation Of Northeast Georgia.
Survivors include her son, Steven Hall; daughter in law, Estelita Hall; and granddaughter, Ariel Hall.
Smith Funeral Home, Winder, has charge of arrangements.
