Brenda Gail Bell

Brenda Gail Bell age 76 of Winder, passed away Saturday, March 20, 2021. She was a native of Gwinnett County and a graduate of Milton High School in Alpharetta where she lived most of her life. Gail was a past member of Shakerag First United Methodist Church and attended Bethlehem Church. She retired as a graphic artist with Lucent Technologies. Gail was a loving mother and grandmother.

Gail was preceded in death by her mother, Maude Powell Rainwater; a brother, Bill Rainwater and a sister, Beth Jones. She is survived by her husband of 55 years, Mark Bell of Winder; two daughters, Missy Norwood (Brent) of Winder and Mandy Ryle (Todd) of Winder; a sister, Pat Lominac (Clay) of Hartwell; two granddaughters, Brittany Norwood and Bree Ryle and two lifelong friends, Sue Cobb and Brenda Odom.

A celebration of Gail’s life will be held Tuesday, March 23, 2021 in the chapel of Smith Funeral Home, Winder, GA with Pastor Jamie Powell officiating. The family will receive friends from 12 PM until service time at the funeral home.
