Mildred Winstead Bone, 95, of Wilson passed away Saturday. Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, March 13, 2019, at Thomas-Yelverton Funeral Home, Wilson, NC. Interment will follow in Evergreen Memorial Park, Wilson, NC.
The family will receive friends Wednesday, from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m., at the funeral home located at 2704 Nash St. N, Wilson, NC.
Surviving are her sister, Inez Winstead Bone of Wilson; several nieces and nephews, including Janet B. Williams (Bobby R.) of Wilson and Tom Bone (Janet) of Selma.
She was preceded in death by her husband, John Thomas Bone; parents, Oren Earl and Myrtle Collier Winstead; two sisters, Dorothy Cone and Helen Tyndall; two brothers, Lyman Winstead and Norman Winstead.
