Elsie was the owner and operator of Play Haven Nursery for a number of years. She was dearly loved and will be greatly missed.
Surviving are her son, Wilbur Baker of Chesapeake, VA; four grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Horace Taylor; two daughters, Mary Hope Young and Teena Gardner Lamm; one grandson, Wilbur Baker, Jr.; parents, Arthur and Mary Brantley Bissette; two sisters; one brother.
