William Hardison

William Frederick Hardison (Billy) of Wrightsville Beach, NC formerly of Jacksonville, NC passed away unexpectedly on October 9, 2021. He was born on August 12, 1950 and was the son of the late Fred and Estelle Hardison.

Billy is survived by his wife of 46 years, Charlotte Bridge Hardison and his daughters Courtney Cloninger (Josh) Hilary Davis (Robert) and three grandchildren Griffin, Morgan, and Makenzie. He is also survived by his sister-in-law, Polly Bridge.

We are blessed to have so many wonderful memories of him. A few of our favorites include weekend boating trips to ski beach, watching him come in on the 18th green after a great golf tournament and seeing him in the stands at every sporting event and dance recital. He always showed up and loved and cherished us in everything we did. Our hearts are full of love with these precious memories and we will forever hold them near and dear.

Friends are invited to join the family at a visitation to be held from 11:00am until 12:00pm on Thursday October 14 at Trinity United Methodist Church in Jacksonville, NC. The funeral service will commence at 12:00pm.
