In addition to his father, Wiley was preceded in death by his sister-in-law Missy Vasquez.
Wiley is survived by his wife, Darian Vasquez of Leland, North Carolina; son, Troy Vasquez of Bend, Oregon; daughter, Karina Niblo and husband Josh of Jacksonville, NC; stepchildren: Kierstin Distefano and husband Nick of York, PA, Owen Richter of York, PA and Madison Richter of Leland, NC; three grandchildren: Blaire, Vincent and Kinsley; mother Erika Vasquez of Stafford, VA; four brothers: Fred Tardona and wife Jeanne of Stafford, VA, John Vasquez and wife Christina of Sugarland, TX, Michael Vasquez and wife Linda of Fairfax, VA and Alex Vasquez of Spotsylvania, VA and many nieces and nephews.
A Visitation will be held from 10:30am until 11:30am on Thursday, April 10, 2025, at Coble Funeral & Cremation Service at Greenlawn Memorial Park, 1155 Shipyard Boulevard, Wilmington, NC. The Funeral Service will immediately follow the visitation. Burial will be held at Oleander Memorial Garden, 306 Bradley Drive, Wilmington, NC 28403.
