Vivian Capps Brown, 82, of Wilmington went to be with the Lord on Sunday, July 24, 2011.
She was born on September 12, 1928 to the late Dorothy and John T. Capps. She loved playing the violin and bass cello and was a contestant in the Miss Wilmington Pageant. Vivian lived the Christian life by her example. Her love for us and others was unending and irreplaceable. We will miss her forever.
She is survived by two daughters, Nancy B. Piner and Sabrina Vigliotti.
A visitation will be Wednesday, July 27, 2011 at 7:00 PM at Emmanuel ARP Church. A graveside funeral service will be Thursday, July 28, 2011 at 11:00 AM at Oleander Memorial Gardens.
Memorial donations may be given to the family in Vivian Capps Brown’s honor, during the visitation or funeral services.
