Rosemary is survived by her husband Steve Watkins of the home; daughter Tonya Keith and husband Michael of Castle Hayne, NC; sons: Craig Watkins of Sandston, VA, and Bengi Watkins of Castle Hayne, NC; grandchildren: Morgan Nelson and husband Jake, Monica Nelson and fiancé Riley, Miranda Keith, Alex Keith, Samantha Sandor, Hunter Keith, Nick Keith; great-grandchildren Bellamy Nelson; sisters: Joyce Lemon of Castle Hayne, NC, Ann Tipton and friend Tom of Wilmington, NC, Suzette Keffer and husband Ken of Burgaw, NC, Margaret Raymer and husband Greg of Currie, NC, Teresa Clark and husband Jimmy of Castle Hayne, NC and brothers: Martin Pelland and wife Roberta of Sneads Ferry, NC and Michael Pelland and wife Jeanie of Castle Hayne, NC.
The Visitation will be held from 10am-11am on Tuesday, January 23, 2024, at Coble Funeral & Cremation Service at Greenlawn Memorial Park, 1155 Shipyard Boulevard, Wilmington, NC 28412. The Memorial Service will follow at 11am in the Coble Chapel.
