Ron gave lots of hugs because he loved everyone. He showed Christian love where ever he went. So sad that he and Mary passed away. But we know that they are together in Heaven. They both had given hearts what ever the need. That is the same for Melanie and Amy. I know your hearts are heavy today and days  to come but you know where your strength comes from. R I P Fellow Airman Ronald Barnhill, thank you for your service in the US Air Force serving the Country that you loved. Praying for your Family. Your memories will be with everyone that knew you and Your wife Mary.

Ron was one of the truest men of God I have ever known...true to his Lord Jesus Christ,his family,and his nation. If you were ever stumped as to what to give him as a gift,Red,White,and Blue always worked. My son Danny has told me many times that he thought of him as a father figure. He had such a special bond with so,so many people. He had a life well lived. We will miss him.

Mary and family, so very sorry to hear of Ronnie's passing. He was my dear, dear friend. We became friends  as small children.. we graduated together in 1965. After years of not seeing him, I was so happy when we again "met" at Northside. We hugged many Sundays and most Sundays, talked a little. He was a true man of God with a smile and a hug for anyone that crossed his path. I can see him now in heaven being Santa, smiling, hugging and telling a story.   Praying for you and your family during this very difficult and sad time.

Ron became papa to my daughter when she was a year old, attending his wife's daycare. He was a wonderful man of God! We will all miss him until we all go home!

It’s hard to know what to say at a time like this, but one thing I can say is that Ron loved the Lord. 
I never saw him without a big smile on his face…ever. And he was always ready to give a big hug.
