Reba Duncan Marlowe

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brothers; Edward Duncan, Robert Duncan, James Duncan and sisters; Olene Duncan Fowler and Eva Mae Duncan Fowler.

Reba is survived by her husband, Dale Marlowe, son, Joey Marlowe (Debbie) Wilmington,NC; grandchildren, Sarah Catherine Cothran (Ryan), Tampa, FL, Tyler Marlowe, Nashville, TN, great grandson, Dawson Cothran and brother, Dotridge Duncan of Mountain City, TN.

Always wearing a smile, Reba was a giving and compassionate wife, mother, grandmother and friend, willing to help anyone in need. Her favorite activities other than spending time with her family were volunteering at her church food pantry and previously singing in the choir. Reba loved music and so enjoyed singing with the Wilmington Celebration Choir for many years. During her adult careers she made many friends while working at Sophia V. West Florist and Coble Funeral Services.

A celebration service to rejoice in Reba’s well lived life will be held Friday, October 4, 2024, 1:00 p.m. Wrightsboro United Methodist Church, with visitation from 12:00 pm -1:00 pm at the church. Interment will follow at Oleander Memorial Gardens.
