Linda Carol Register of Wilmington died Saturday, April 21, 2018. She was born June 8, 1944 to Eli Boyd Singletary and Edna Mae Merritt Singletary.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Thomas Roland Register and her sister Janice Hunt.
She is survived by her daughters: Patty Benjamin and her husband Rick of Burgaw; June Brazell of Wilmington; Jean Caney and her husband Douglas of Maryland; her son, Tommy Register and Angie Buckalew of Wilmington; twelve grandchildren and seventeen great-grandchildren; brothers: Billy Singletary and his wife Bea; Gene Singletary and her sister, Barbara Chastain.
The family will receive friends from 6PM until 8PM on Wednesday, April 25, 2018 at Coble Ward-Smith Funeral Services. A Graveside Service will be held 11:30AM at Oleander Memorial Gardens on Thursday, April 26, 2018 and will be officiated by James Jordan.
