Kathryn R. Moore

She was born to John W. Roderick, Sr. and Daisy Turner Roderick on June, 13, 1927 in Wilmington, NC.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her daughter: Jeannette Moore and her brothers: John W. Jr., James, Marion and Roy Roderick.

Kathryn loved quilting, doing word search puzzles, crocheting and working in the yard and garden. She loved flowers of all kinds, the outside and the beauty that God created. She also loved sitting on the porch and watching the birds eat and play. She especially enjoyed watching her little angel Cheyenne dance and play.

She is survived by her sons: Carl D. Moore II and wife Cathy, David A. Moore and wife Rita; daughter: Dixie J. Moore; sister: Sarah L. Roderick; 11 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren.

The visitation will be held from 2:00pm to 4:00pm on December 19, 2021 at Coble Funeral and Cremation Service at Greenlawn Memorial Park, 1155 Shipyard Blvd, Wilmington, NC 28412.

Funeral Service will held at 11:00am on December 20, 2021 in the Coble Funeral and Cremation Service at Greenlawn Chapel with Jason Benton officiating. Interment will follow at Piney Grove Cemetery in Winnabow, NC.

Pallbearers will be: C D Moore III, David Neary, Jeremy Croft, Joe Klutz, Franklin Mishawaka and Reese Odom.
