Joyce E Bayley, age 86, of Emerald Isle, North Carolina passed away on Wednesday, June 14, 2023. Joyce was born in Jackson County, Mississippi to Evelyn Grube Elder and Hollis Vane Elder.

In addition to her parents, Joyce was preceded in death by her husband, Harry Bayley.

Joyce is survived by her daughter, Dawn Pope of Raleigh, NC; son Stuart Bayley and wife, Tammy of Carolina Beach, North Carolina; and her son Brian Bayley of North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. She also has 5 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.

A funeral service for Joyce will be held Monday, June 26, 2023, 12:30pm at Swansboro United Methodist Church, 665 West Corbett Ave, Swansboro, NC with Pastor Kevin Baker. Burial to follow at 2:00pm, Coastal Carolina State Veterans Cemetery, 110 Montford Landing Road, Jacksonville, NC.
