Dorothy Mae Farrow, 92, passed away peacefully on Sunday, April 20, 2014. Dorothy was the daughter of the late Alfred and Agnes Flowers. She is survived by two sons; Art Joye, (wife Carol), Graham Farrow, Jr., a daughter; Carol Donald of MI, grandchildren; Dan Joye, Lynn Farrow, and great grandchildren; Blaine Joye and Morgan Cribb. Mrs. Farrow was a longtime member of Masonboro Baptist Church. A wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, and friend, Dorothy will be greatly missed and always lovingly remembered.
Funeral services will be held 11:00am, Wednesday, April 23, 2014 at Masonboro Baptist Church, with interment to follow at the church cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service (10:00-11:00am), also at the church.The family would like to offer their special thanks to the staff at Lower Cape Fear Hospice and Stonebridge Assisted Living for the loving care given to their mom. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Lower Cape Fear Hospice. Coble Ward-Smith is honored to service the Farrow family.
