In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his sister, Joyce P. Henry and his brother, Toney M. Phillips.
He is survived by his loving partner, Gloria Kay Pfister of 32 years; daughters: Pamela Stokley (Rick), Karen Nadeau (Philip) and Patricia Beasley (Keith); brother, Hugh Phillips (Glenda) of Leland, NC; seven grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends and loved ones from 3:00pm to 5:00pm on Monday, August 8th, 2022 at Coble Funeral & Cremation Service Chapel, 1155 Shipyard Blvd. Wilmington, North Carolina.
