Alexa Leticia Gonzalez Champion, age 34, of Oak Island, NC was received into the arms of Jesus on April 29, 2024. She was born in San Salvador, El Salvador on November 22, 1989 to Marcos Alejandro Gonzalez Contreras and Leticia Isabel Cabrera Girón.
Alexa was a devoted follower of Jesus and Catholic beliefs and prided herself in her faith in the Lord. She was educated in business and loved fashion, which enabled her to be a successful store manager in the Charlotte area. She loved to make music and art and loved to spend time with her family, enjoying games and singing. She is survived by her mother and father, and her husband Charles.
A Funeral Service will be held at 9am on Saturday, May 4, 2024 at McEwen Funeral Service at Sharon Memorial Park, 5716 Monroe Road, Charlotte, NC. with Entombment to follow.
